So I haven't even got the product yet, but I wanna go ahead and give it a five star review for the customer service alone. I reached out to the company thinking that I hadn't received the product yet, only to find out that I was scammed from a fake website. Customer service was very quick in responding and I really wanted to get the stuffed animals from my daughter and nieces. So I ordered 4, whilst my bank transaction is being disputed. Not only were they fast to respond and helped me out tremendously by clearing that up for me, because of my situation they threw in some extra animal pens. Customer service like that has become rare. And even though it's not their fault, they have someone scamming people with their product and I didn't ask them for it, they just did it out of kindness.

I got a large and small animal for my son (7) and he loves them! There was a small issue with our order and Bolderglow was very fast to resolve it above and beyond expectations. It is a very unique and fun product, and they obviously care about their customers and product! 10/10 would recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I ordered two dolls for my kids to open on Christmas morning and realized only one came with a pen which was not going to work in a house full of feral children. I emailed Bolderglow on Saturday night and, to my shock, heard back on Sunday. They immediately shipped replacement pens that arrived on Christmas Eve.
That level of customer service is rare, thoughtful, and genuinely impressive. I will absolutely be ordering from them again. My daughter absolutely loves her Bolderglow doll.

I bought the bunny and the bear for each of my daughters ages 4 and 3. I haven’t given them for Christmas yet but I unpacked them and tested them out and OMG they are super cool! My kids are going to absolutely love these. They both get sad when they go to bed bc they want to be with mom and dad, so I have an idea of writing a fun note or picture for them on their glowmate before bed so they can see it on there until they fall asleep :)

We haven't opened and played with this yet- because it is going to be a gift- from the reviews, I'm sure we'll love it. But I had to write a view that the customer service is amazing! I asked a question on the contact page, and actually got a response and my request fulfilled!! Thank you Bolderglow crew!

Right now my bunny and owl are wrapped up waiting for my twins birthday. I fell in love with these since before Christmas. The customer arrive was amazing so glad to find this company. Will be telling many more about it. Will update review after my twins get their stuffy.

We purchased the Glowscape board for our 3 year old classroom and they LOVE it! The children are amazed by the light and then it disappearing.
